What is iGM-Pay and how does it work?

iGM-Pay is safe, secure and gives you instant access to our games. Best of all it is fast and easy to use, and is totally FREE. To use iGM-Pay and make a deposit to your Bingo Account now, all you need to do is provide us the same information that appears on your checks, and we send it to your bank the same way a store does when you write them a paper check: only we do it electronically. iGM-Pay is a very convenient payment option, since you can make instant deposits using your bank account, and Party Bingo will be able to send you refunds directly into your bank account. You can use this payment option only if you are located in the US.

How do I add funds using iGM-Pay?

Login to Party Bingo software, click ‘Cashier’ and then click on "Make a Deposit"
On the next screen choose ‘iGM-Pay’ as your method of deposit and click on "Click to Add Funds"
On the next page, enter your bank information (US Accounts Only) and click 'Submit'.
We will then confirm your bank account information by making two small deposits to it (less than $1).
You have to access your bank account to determine the value of these two small deposits.
You will be prompted to enter the value of these two Small Deposits to verify your bank account when you make your next deposit at Party Bingo using iGM-Pay.
Thereafter you will be able to transfer funds to Party Bingo from your bank account whenever you want, PLUS WE WILL PAY YOU BACK TO THE SAME ACCOUNT, ELECTRONICALLY. It is the best and fastest way to receive your winnings!!!
Best of all it is totally FREE for you to use.

If I use iGM-Pay, when do I receive credit?

Instantly! If the information submitted is valid, then you will receive credit in your account within 10 to 20 seconds.

How much can I deposit using iGM-Pay?

Deposit limits will depend on your status. If this is your very first deposit, the maximum amount you are allowed to deposit is $100.00, and you will be restricted to making only 1 transaction. Why so little? Because we are in fact trusting you with the first deposit and giving you credit right away, even though the actual transaction will take 2 to 3 days to clear.

How do I increase my purchase limits?

As soon as the first deposit is done, ezEcash International, our Electronic Payment Processor, will make 2 small deposits under one dollar into your bank account. These deposits are called "SIDs" (Small Initial Deposits). In order to make a second deposit using iGM-pay, you will have to verify the exact amount that was deposited into your bank account. After this process has been completed, your purchase and transaction limits will be increased.

Why are you sending these Small Initial Deposits (SIDs) to my bank account?

Simple: To verify that you are the true account holder the bank account information you have submitted. If this is your bank account, then you will be the only person with access to the bank statement, therefore only you would know the exact amounts Party Bingo has deposited. This is the same bank account verification process employed by other processors like PayPal, NETeller and FirePay, so most likely you will be familiar with the way it works.

What happens if I try to make a second deposit without verifying my account?

If you have already made your first deposit using iGM-pay, but you have not yet verified your bank account, you will NOT be able to make a second deposit until the verification process is completed. When you attempt to make your second deposit, you will receive the following screen:

If you do not enter the correct amounts deposited into your bank account, then you will not be able to make the second deposit.

Can I register a new bank account while I am waiting for my SIDs?

No. If you have a bank account registered in your account that has not been verified yet, Party Bingo will not allow you to register a new bank account until the pending bank account has been verified. The following screen will be displayed:

Why? Because Party Bingo has already given you credit for a bank account that has not been verified, therefore we have to wait until the first bank account is verified so that we can allow a second bank account to be entered.

How long do I have to wait to receive my SIDs (Small Initial Deposits)?

As soon as you make your first successful deposit via iGM-Pay, Party Bingo will use the bank account information submitted to make the Small Initial Deposits (SID’s). How long these deposits take to appear on your bank account will depend on how fast your bank will make the credit. On average, this process takes 24 to 48 hours.

How will the SIDs be displayed on my bank statement?

They will be listed as deposits from ezEcash.com/WTS-8008989146 or iGMPay/8008989146.

Do I have to enter my bank account information every time I want to deposit?

No. Once your bank account information is verified, to make additional deposits all you have to do is enter the amount desired, the check number and the fractional numbers.

Can I cash out using iGM-Pay?

Yes, and it is the best way to receive your cash outs. To cash out using iGM-Pay, you must first register and verify your bank account. Thereafter, simply login to the Party Bingo Software, click 'Cashier', then enter the amount you wish to 'Cash Out' and then select iGM-Pay. The amount of your cash out will be sent electronically to your bank account (please allow 3-4 days for it to clear and appear in your bank account). (Please allow 1-2 business days for our internal review team to process the cash out, and then 2-4 business days for it to clear from our bank to yours). Can I cash out more than my initial deposit using IGM-Pay?

Yes, you may cash out more than your initial deposit provided that you have a registered and verified bank account with iGM-Pay. Please remember that our internal review team reviews all cash outs before they are sent out. This is for security purposes.
