Example of Calculation of Wagering Restrictions:

Example: You sign up and deposit $100 using iGM-Pay Transfer(Extra 20% Free). A total of $100+$100 +$20=$220 is deposited. Before cashing in you must wager a total of $840 since the wagering requirement for echecks by i-GM Pay is 3 times, and the sign up bonus is 6 times, the amount deposited plus the extra amount, i.e., $360 and $480 respectively. After playing for several hours (and being up and down), you win the $4000 Magic Man Jackpot and want to cash in your account balance. We encourage you to participate and enjoy our promotions, however we also need to restrict players from abusing them. Therefore, the following terms and conditions apply to all promotions, unless otherwise stated. By accepting any promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. As stated in our main Terms and Conditions, you may have only one (1) account at PartyBingo.com. The name on your PartyBingo.com account must match your true and legal name and identity. If you have more than one (1) account or accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your accounts merged. If you have lost your AccountName, PlayerID or password, please contact us for a replacement. If we discover that you have more than one (1) account, we may close your accounts and confiscate your account balances. This is for security reasons.

2. PartyBingo.com reserves the right to send particular promotions to particular players. Promotional offers are intended for the addressed recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, then the offer is null and void.

3. PartyBingo.com reserves the right to limit the number of times that a player may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, address, email address, credit/charge/debit number, IP Address and other forms of identification which may be required. Generally, all promotions are allowed only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number and other common environments (fraternity, university, libraries, etc.). Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of participations, in our sole discretion.

4. Credits (amounts deposited) issued pursuant to a promotional offer, must be played BEFORE making any cash ins. You can win promotional credits, however you must have wagered the specified amount before cashing in. The specified amount is contained in the offer itself, for example: "you must wager 1 times the total amount deposited (amount purchased including the extra bonus amount). " Players from Denmark & Israel, in order to cash-in after accepting any Bonus, must wager the eligible credits deposited plus the bonus at least three (3) times the applicable wagering restriction for players from other jurisdictions. Example: If the wagering restriction for a bonus is 6 times, players from Denmark & Israel would need to wager 6*3 = 18 times before cashing in.

5. Money sent by wire, electronic checks, checks by mail will qualify if you send an email to sales@ezecash.com, before the offer expiration date, indicating that the deposit is on its way (and the transfer is post marked accordingly); however, the money will not be deposited to your Account until the money is actually received by our bank.

6. All cash ins are subject to audit before processing. PartyBingo.com reserves the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.

7. The promotional bonus may not be used in combination with any other promotion scheme, except as expressly offered by PartyBingo.com.

8. PartyBingo.com reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice.
